Position: National Account Technical Sales Executive, Cloud Infrastructure
Applicants should be senior sales people in IT, or Head of IT Architecture or CTOs with high empathy and aggressive personalities, with significant experience of helping businesses transform their IT approach.
The National Account Manager will work close – depending on each case – with Ajubeo Cloud Engineering to develop new business as well as to position Ajubeo’s Solutions at the heart of the critical infrastructure transformations. As an Infrastructure-as-a-Service (IaaS) Technical Sales Executive, you will demonstrate this value by helping our customers adopt cloud technologies and transform their companies. Ajubeo National Account Sales bridge the gap between business and technology –speaking the value language of business and technology to C‐level individuals. They combine a deep understanding of technology, applications, industry best practices, business processes and architectural patterns to drive IT transformation initiatives that meet the business objectives of our customers.
Ideal Candidates will be seasoned senior level professionals who not only possess a proven track record of enterprise sales success but also a deep experience with technology transformation. You will be accountable and instrumental in increasing cloud IaaS bookings for their defined territory.
We are a growing cloud solutions company with a national presence. We also partner with various channel (MSP, Reseller, Broker) organizations to analyze their customer’s business practices and company infrastructures to architect and implement scalable environments matching their computing needs. Over the last year, our company has grown tremendously and are looking to add to our sales team covering the Northeastern USA (preferred location within 75 miles of NYC). Our top priority is to hire a Senior Sales Executive with expertise in the cloud/infrastructure space to join our team and help build new relationships with clients in an effort to execute their global strategic plans as well as maintain current relationships.
Our ideal candidate will have performed in the top 10% of their prior position teams with high comfort engaging with new clients in contracted deals over $100,000, and possess business-savvy mentality and insight as well as outstanding judgment. We’d also like to see experience selling cloud based solutions or hybrid cloud solutions. What You Need for this Position:
5+ years of sales experience preferably selling cloud/infrastructure solutions
2+ years in one company
Successful history of net direct new business sales
Experience selling in the private, public, or hybrid cloud solutions
Solid understanding of the IT industry, cloud landscape and IaaS market
Strong competency in building value proposition and positioning strong proposals
Strong interpersonal skills with proven ability to communicate across all levels and effectively adapts to varied situations.
Proven track record of top performance against peers
Be creative with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt and succeed in a fast-paced
Existing relationships and book of business a huge plus
Ability to travel locally and domestically as needed

Define sales strategies and act to generate long term and short term customer success and business results
Exceed quarterly sales targets by selling IaaS into key accounts and within an assigned geography
Manage the entire sales process to ensure delivery against key performance metrics, with a strong emphasis on new business sales, while expanding existing accounts
Territory identification and research, to formalize a go to market territory strategy and create qualified target account list within 30 days
Pipeline development through a combination of cold calling, email campaigns and market sector knowledge/intelligence. Adequate pipeline to ensure over-achievement within the designated territory
Engage with prospect organizations to position Ajubeo IaaS cloud platforms through value based selling, business case definition, ROI analysis, references and analyst data
Manage the end to end sales process through engagement of appropriate resources including cloud engineers, senior executives and partners
Periodic updates through Ajubeo sales reporting and pipeline reports including hosting of Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs)
Accurate monthly forecasting and booking delivery
Continuous improvement in self-research, learning and readiness on the new Ajubeo offerings
Working closely with services and IaaS customers to ensure they are gaining high value from their investments and ensure very high subscription renewal rates
